Personalized massage
A therapeutic massage, using different techniques to reduce stress, improve blood circulation, and reduce pain. Includes focus work on specific muscles based on the client’s personal needs.After a medical intake with the client, the therapist will go over goals for the session. Based on the information given, the therapist will tailor the massage appropriately.
Reiki
Energy healing. A technique using gentle hand movements with the intention of guiding the flow of healthy energy to reduce stress and promote healing.
Japanese Facial Massage
A therapeutic facial massage. Includes steaming with warm towels, facial rolling, oil cleansing, acupressure, shiatsu touch, and massage strokes that energize the skin.
Prenatal Massage
A full body Swedish massage with modified body positioning for the safety and comfort of both the mother and baby.
Cupping Massage
A form of massage which decompresses soft tissues using vacuum suction. The cup gently sucks to your skin and lifts underlying soft tissue into the cup. Cupping is used to promote mobility and range of motion, relieve tight muscles, and release scar tissue. Cupping can also be used to help diagnoses like headaches, plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, and the release of trigger points.
Mix and Match Massage
